Like many of you, I’ve faced the intense demands of career and family, neglecting my health in the process. I ate takeout, slept poorly, and worked out in fits and starts. I gained a little weight each year, and that felt normal. I probably would have continued living that way, but then I got hit by a car and subsequently lost my dad too soon. I gained 20 pounds and developed high cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood pressure. Instead of a gradual, annual decline, I’d all-at-once arrived to my health trajectory’s destination, and it terrified me.

I committed to understanding the science of health, and more importantly, how to apply it in the context of a busy life. That decision sparked a personal deep-dive where I became my own test subject, rigorously researching everything from nutrition and exercise physiology to sleep science and longevity. I sifted through the hype to find what was real, and I applied it to my own life.

The results were life-changing and helped me lose 30 pounds, gain significant functional strength, and return my health markers to "optimal."

Born from my own need to reclaim my health, my exploration has transformed into a desire to help others do the same. Through this webinar, I want to share the framework I developed so that you can take clear, actionable steps that allow you to take control without having to put your life on hold in search of answers. Though your path may differ from mine, I'm confident you can achieve the outcomes you desire with the right knowledge, time, determination, and support.

I am distilling and sharing the key knowledge that I've acquired in an approachable way. Think of this as the work you would do for yourself if you had the time to do it.
